Tungsten copper electrode has Greater strength, Faster heat dissipation speed, Better conductivity and thermal conductivity, More excellent high-temperature resistance and arc erosion resistance. It suitable for use in EDM

In EDM, the useful for electrode material is Conveying processing pulses and small loss to erosion of workpieces. So it must be meet the following conditions: 1. High conductivity 2.can effectively remove metal 3. Small self loss 4. Easy to process  5.material should be meet high melting point 6. Low coefficient of thermal expansion 7.
